It was clean and the staff were amicable and accommodating, beds were exceptionally comfortable. The location was magnificent, really close to Kelowna and Canada. They provided lots of brilliant choices for breakfast that was included.

Appreciated Kelowna, the hotel was quiet and fabulous close to the airport. Hardboiled eggs, sausages, and hot waffles for breakfast were excellent. Everything was nice, new-fashioned and neat room with a king bed. Absolutely excellent team with friendly service.

The location in a nice area was perfect, with a shopping mall and market nearby. Kelowna International airport was only 15 minutes away by car. My room was brand-new and had smoke detectors for safety measures. I enjoyed the breakfast assortment, including hardboiled eggs, muffins, hot waffles, and yogurt.

We were met by attentive, caring personnel.

It is close to Hell's Gate attraction in the Fraser Gorge. the hotel is conveniently located near various sites in both countries. - Easy access to Badlands, Yellowstone Park, Devils Tower, Northern plains, and prairies. - the hotel is positioned near the Rocky Mountains, airport, and Hwy 33.

Great value. Brand new, clean rooms. Friendly service. I will stay there the next time I go to Kelowna.

Attractive brand-new hotel with extremely friendly staff. The great breakfast with hardboiled eggs, sausages and hot waffles.

The room was spacious with air conditioning, and the location was perfect being very close to the mall.

I loved the bed.. So comfortable. I will say that you need to keep in mind that housekeeping needs to keep in contsct with whomever they need to in order to find out who has checked out or not.. It's slightly annoying to be interrupted by housekeeping knocking on your door before check out time. Other than that a very comfortable stay. Thank you.

No complaints considering great prices. We had a wonderful stay thanks to hotel's polite and kind staff. Actually, the room was neat with large beds.

New carpets bothered me. Very sensitive to glues in carpets.
